Thor 16 RF Tuners to IPTV

Discover the versatility of our Thor 16 RF Tuners to IPTV, designed to seamlessly convert RF signals to IP streams. This product family is equipped with 16 RF tuners capable of decoding QAM Annex A & B, DVB-T, DVB-T2, ISDB-T, and model-specific units for ATSC and DVBS/S2. Acting as an RF to IP Gateway, it outputs IP SPTS in multicast or unicast formats.

Broadcast full HD IPTV content from 16 TV frequencies, whether ATSC, DVBS-S2, QAM (A & B), DVB-T, DVB-T2, or ISDB-T. The tuners can be set to any non-adjacent carrier, converting them to IP UDP unicast or multicast streams. Once frequencies are set, the unit scans for video/audio programs, allowing individual conversion to IP streams or re-modulation on different frequencies or standards.

Supporting up to 512 IP inputs and one IP (MPTS) output through GE1, it also offers TS input for re-mux through 2 ASI ports. This next-generation gateway ensures seamless RF to IP TS conversion, managed via a secure NMS system developed by Thor, facilitating program distribution via IP and ASI. Convert 16 CATV signals in DVBS2, QAM, or ATSC to IP, or transmodulate RF formats.

We offer three hardware sets: one for ATSC, one for DVBS-S2, and one for QAM, which includes built-in modulation standards for QAM Annex A & B, DVB-T, DVB-T2, and ISDB-T, selectable through the NMS GUI.
