Shipping Methods and Options

We partner primarily with UPS to offer flexible delivery options:
– Ground: 5-7 business days.
– 2-Day Shipping: Expedited delivery within two business days.
– 3-Day Select: Delivery within three business days.
– Next Day Air: Overnight delivery.

For specialized or international deliveries, we also provide shipping through FedEx and DHL.

If you prefer to use your own shipping account, this option is available at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free Ground shipping on all online purchases within the continental United States. Expedited shipping and international deliveries are excluded from this offer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. All charges will be displayed before finalizing your purchase.

Order Processing Time
– Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
– Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
– Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.

International Shipping
CATVBroadcast ships to select international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the location. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
– We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses using standard methods.

Damaged or Lost Packages
